Express Post guarantee temporarily suspended. Express Post is still available and will continue to be prioritised as the fastest option for customers but may not always meet the next business day delivery standard. Please go to www.auspost.com.au for more information.

Dearest Wonderful Customers,

  1. Yes! We will continue to ship orders as long as Australia Post continues operation.
  1. If in the event that Australia Post announces that they are putting a hold on all shipments, you have the choice to either:
  • Keep your order and wait until Australia Post business is back to normal

 OR

  • Cancel your order for a full refund
  1. If Australia Post puts a hold on shipments, we will continue to keep our online store going as per usual for those who want to order and are happy to wait until Australia Post resumes normal operation.
